Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 24HostPlus website, client portal, hosting services, domain services, support, billing, and related digital products. By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, or using a service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website.

Account eligibility and verification

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate name, email, phone, address, and billing information and keep it current. We may request identity, payment, or business verification before activating an order or continuing a service. You are responsible for protecting your account, passwords, and login credentials.

Orders and service approval

Submitting an order or payment does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may remain pending while payment, availability, identity, security, fraud, or technical requirements are checked. A service becomes active only after 24HostPlus approves and provisions it. We may reject or cancel an order before delivery and will handle any eligible paid amount under our Return and Refund Policy.

Hosting services

Hosting resources, storage, bandwidth, email, databases, control panels, and other features are limited to the package purchased. You must use the service lawfully and within reasonable resource limits. We may migrate, maintain, update, or replace infrastructure when reasonably necessary to protect availability, security, or performance.

Domain services

Domain searches and checkout results do not guarantee registration. Availability is checked again when the order is submitted to the registrar. A domain becomes registered only after the registrar confirms the transaction. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, restorations, premium charges, and registry fees are subject to registrar and registry rules. You are responsible for accurate registrant information and timely renewal.

Payments, invoices, and currency

Services are normally provided on a prepaid basis. Invoices must be paid by the due date using an available payment method. Prices are stored and billed in the displayed invoice currency; estimated currency conversions may change with exchange rates. Taxes, bank charges, gateway charges, and legally required fees may be added where applicable.

Renewals and overdue services

Where automatic renewal is enabled, you authorise renewal charges using an approved balance or payment arrangement. Automatic renewal is not guaranteed if payment fails or account information is invalid. An overdue service may be suspended, restricted, or terminated. Data may be deleted after termination, so you must maintain independent backups.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client portal or an official support channel. Cancelling a service does not remove charges already incurred. Refund eligibility, exclusions, reversal methods, and processing timeframes are governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on our website. Domain and registrar transactions are generally non-refundable after submission or processing.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, unsolicited bulk messaging, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorised access, attacks, resource abuse, prohibited content, or any activity that harms users, networks, or our reputation. We may investigate complaints and take protective action, including content removal, restriction, suspension, or termination.

Customer content and responsibility

You retain ownership of lawful content you upload. You are responsible for your websites, applications, files, email, databases, licences, security, privacy obligations, and transactions with your users. You grant 24HostPlus the limited permission necessary to store, transmit, back up, and process your content solely to provide and protect the services.

Backups and data loss

Unless a specific package expressly includes managed backups, backups are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. You must keep current independent copies of important data. 24HostPlus is not responsible for data loss caused by customer action, compromised credentials, software failure, third parties, suspension, termination, or events outside our reasonable control.

Security and abuse response

You must use secure passwords, maintain updated software, and promptly address security notices. We may temporarily restrict access to a compromised or harmful account. Abuse, copyright, law-enforcement, or security reports may be reviewed and shared with the affected client, registrar, infrastructure provider, payment provider, or lawful authority where appropriate.

Third-party products and providers

Some services depend on domain registrars, registries, data centres, control panels, payment gateways, certificate authorities, software vendors, and other third parties. Their terms and technical limitations may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, rejection decisions, or actions outside our control, but we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

Service availability and maintenance

We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, attacks, upstream failures, software defects, and force-majeure events may affect availability. Any uptime commitment applies only when expressly included with the purchased plan.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, security risk, false information, excessive resource use, violation of these terms, or a requirement from a competent authority or upstream provider. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue, but urgent protective action may be taken without advance notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 24HostPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, business interruption, reputation, or data. Our aggregate liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that affected service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 24HostPlus, its staff, contractors, and providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, websites, unlawful conduct, breach of these terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through our billing or support channels. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the courts or lawful dispute-resolution process having jurisdiction in Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
